After working at his company for less than two years, Michael is in the running to be a foreman; sending the following message to his welding teacher:
“Ms. J. guess what, they have three guys that have been picked for the position of shop foreman. I’m the only one that has been here for a year and seven months!”
His parents still keep in touch with his teacher and thank her for all she did for their son, stating there should be more ROP’s to help students.
