The Business Management Program was an extremely positive experience. I was taken out of my comfort zone. The instructor was great. Ms. Candida was very helpful and did an excellent job. [The class provided] the exact type of management skills training that I know I’m likely to need–business planning, customer service, effective communication. This course gave me a good understanding of the entrepreneurship skills that are essential for the survival of a business.
Learning how to start a small business effectively was very beneficial to me. It’s necessary to understand and apply various managerial skills on a daily basis. When you are an entrepreneur, regardless of how small or large your business is, you must have skills to plan, organize, direct, and control the operations of the company.
